NTT Corporation, in collaboration with IMAGICA GROUP Inc., showcased hyperspectral color control technology at the SPRING/SUMMER 2024 Paris Collection by ANREALAGE CO., LTD. The technology, a product of NTT’s Innovative Optical and Wireless Network (IOWN) initiative, enables real-time alterations of clothing colors and patterns on stage.
This technology utilizes lighting simulation and light spectrum control, allowing for precise reproduction of object appearances under varying lighting conditions. It aims to revolutionize interactions between individuals and their environment, with potential applications in the retail, cultural arts, and entertainment industries. NTT plans to refine the technology for even broader applications.
