Chipotle hit with class action lawsuit on overtime

A lawsuit filed in New Jersey against Chipotle on Wednesday claims a federal rule expanding overtime pay to millions of workers is in effect, despite an injunction last year banning the Labor Department from enforcing the rule. The suit argues Chipotle should pay time and a half to employees who work over 40 hours a week and earn less than $47,476 per year.
