Taco Bell is taking a bold step into the chicken nugget arena, testing their premium Crispy Chicken Nuggets in select Minneapolis stores. According to Taco Bell representatives, these nuggets boast all-white meat and a marination process using jalapeño buttermilk. Chef Brett Pluskalowski didn’t hesitate to differentiate these from McDonald’s, emphasizing that Taco Bell’s offering is “real chicken.” The nuggets come with two new dipping sauces and are part of Taco Bell’s strategy to cater to a wider audience, including those who might not be inclined toward tacos.
