Quiznos is making a comeback by bringing back its creepy corporate mascots, the Spongmonkeys, in a new digital ad campaign. The Spongmonkeys, which last appeared in 2005, were featured in an ad where one sings while the other plays the guitar. Quiznos is trying to regain its former glory after facing financial troubles that led to the closure of 95% of its restaurants, and the return of the Spongmonkeys is part of their effort to revive the brand.
